Who wants to be a better lover?\u00a0 Secretly don\u2019t we all wish we could love better\u2026and that we could be really loved?\u00a0 Unfortunately, some folks, most folks, have not been loved as they ought. But everyone deserves love and has the potential to love as God love. \u00a0Are there any guiding lights?\u00a0 Yes, there always are!\u00a0 Good is always just around the corner. The guiding lights we\u2019re speaking of are the virtues\u2026And if we look at a list of virtues we\u2019ll only find a few that don\u2019t relate to being a better lover of our spouse\u2026 but to love others better too\u2026family, workmates, neighbors, etc. \u00a0And, getting back to NFP, we can grow in the virtues, and the virtues can help us whether we are seeking pregnancy or postponing pregnancy \u2026Let\u2019s look at the list \u2013 can you see how living these would make you more lovable and a better lover?<\/span><\/p>\n

Fortitude (endurance, personal toughness)<\/span><\/p>\n

Optimism<\/span><\/p>\n

Perseverance <\/span><\/p>\n

Orderliness<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility (for all my actions)<\/span><\/p>\n

Respect for others<\/span><\/p>\n

Sincerity<\/span><\/p>\n

Modesty<\/span><\/p>\n

Moderation<\/span><\/p>\n

Flexibility<\/span><\/p>\n

Loyalty<\/span><\/p>\n

Industriousness (like taking an NFP class)<\/span><\/p>\n

Patience<\/span><\/p>\n

Justice<\/span><\/p>\n

Obedience<\/span><\/p>\n

Right judgement<\/span><\/p>\n

Audacity (striving for great things)<\/span><\/p>\n

Humility<\/span><\/p>\n

Simplicity<\/span><\/p>\n

Sociability<\/span><\/p>\n

Friendship<\/span><\/p>\n

Understanding<\/span><\/p>\n

Patriotism (love of country\u2026ok this one is hard to relate to NFP)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Living these virtues, we become better lovers, modeling these virtues we become better parents\u2026so we\u2019ll elaborate on them as we go.\u00a0 First resolve, then action\u2026we\u2019re with you\u2026you can do it!<\/span><\/p>\n
